Aleve provides long-lasting relief with 220mg of naproxen sodium per caplet — one dose can last up to 12 hours, so fewer pills per day. It is used for temporary relief of minor aches and pains from headache, muscle aches, backache, minor arthritis pain, menstrual cramps and the common cold, and to reduce fever. Ideal for Cabo visitors who want all-day comfort after a long flight, a heavy beach day or paddleboarding. Adults take 1 caplet every 8 to 12 hours; do not exceed 2 caplets in any 8-12 hour period or 3 caplets in 24 hours. Take with food or milk if needed. Read the Drug Facts panel before use.
